How does check-in work?
Here’s how our check-in process works: after you complete your booking, we will send you a link to your online check-in. Click on the link as soon as you receive it to check in yourself and all your guests. Once everyone has checked in, your check-in is complete. All you need to do to enter the building and your room is to pick up your key from the kiosk at the hotel entrance. With this key you can come and go as you please as well as access your room.
How does the kiosk work?
Our kiosk is the hotel reception during your arrival. Here, you can finish checking in the guests of your reservation if you have not done so during the online check-in, as well as finish paying any outstanding amount. Keep the ticket provided by the kiosk, which contains information such as the code to request a duplicate key, wifi and contact telephone number. Check-in is from 14:00, so the kiosk will not let you check-in before that time. If you have arrived earlier, you can book our luggage lockers so that you can leave your luggage and go and enjoy your holiday while we prepare your room.
*Remember that we have the obligatory Balearic eco-tax for your stay of €1.10 per person per day.
What happens if I arrive before the 14:00 check-in time?
If you have arrived before check-in time, unfortunately we cannot let you up to your room as we are still preparing it, but you can book our luggage lockers so that you can leave your luggage and go and enjoy your holiday while we prepare your room.
What happens if I lose the key?
The kiosk will give you up to two cards for free, if you need another key, don’t worry, you can go to the kiosk and with the code given to you on the ticket during check-in and purchase a new key. Please note: there is a small extra charge.
How does the check-out work?
To complete your check-out simply leave your key in the key box by the front door – great! isn’t it?

We have a reception service from 09:00 to 14:00 and a security service throughout the night, if you have any doubts or questions outside these hours our team is available 24/7 on the contact phone number provided during check-in, always via WhatsApp or Telegram (no calls are taken).

Ca. 200m zum Strand (Zugang am Balneario 2). Zimmer mit nur einem Bett sehr klein geschnitten. Das "Doppelbett" war mit 120cm sehr sehr klein. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis (7€/Nacht) gab es ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Zimmer mit 2 Betten sind ausreichend groß inkl. kleinem Balkon. Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, aber das notwendigste war da. Rühreier hätte ich mir noch gewünscht. Personal sehr freundlich. Rezeption 24h besetzt. MegaPark ca. 8-10 min zu Fuß. Bierkönig ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Leider kein Pool vorhanden, dafür ist der Strand nicht weit. Großes Plus: Eroski Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 50m).
